The Marcom Engine (TME) is looking for a Client Lead (m/f/x) for a major client of the automotive sector in Munich (Germany) or Zurich (Switzerland). 

Your tasks:

  • Key contact to the client and operative account lead Switzerland
  • Providing strategic direction to the client in accordance to European business goals
  • Project Management of integrated Marketing communication services along the customer journey
  • Lead of local delivery team and central delivery teams in Munich and Berlin
  • Ensuring quality and efficiency in delivery of Marcom services
  • Local implementation of centrally developed processes and services
  • Strong collaboration with The Marcom Engine teams across Europe and especially within the DACH region
  • Reporting towards local client as well as central The Marcom Engine organisation

Our requirements:

  • Significant professional experience as Client Lead or Account Director on international level, preferably for the automotive sector
  • Understanding of a customer-centric approach as a key-success-factor
  • Experienced digital marketing generalist with knowledge of CRM & Web/Online communication
  • Expertise in handling Swiss accounts with knowledge of specific language, regulatory and cultural requirements
  • Strong business understanding on strategic & tactical level
  • Creative mindset underpinned by data-driven thinking
  • Strong ability to collaborate with external/internal stakeholders
  • Solution orientation, convincing and confident appearance
  • Experienced in working with (agile) collaboration tools like Atlassian Suite, Miro, Microsoft Teams
  • Advanced English and German skills and willingness to work in an international environment, French or Italian skills are an advantage
  • Located in Zurich/ Switzerland or Munich/ Germany
