We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) Digital Project Manager – Feature Rollout (m/f/d) for our team THE MARCOM ENGINE (TME) at our location in Munich as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Planning, leading and managing  the rollout of website features by working internationally with multiple markets and stakeholders
  • Actively managing projects in an agile and cross-functional environment
  • Successfully leading feature rollout projects to be delivered on-time, in scope and within budget and efficiently managing priorities and changes to achieve the desired business objectives and impact
  • Demonstrating decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Leading, motivating and managing an inter-cultural, diverse and global team of colleagues and external partners to drive your feature rollout projects to success (e.g. developers, testers, operation managers)
  • Supporting your team-members to be accountable for performance
  • Collaborating closely and demonstrating excellent communication skills towards your markets and stakeholders throughout all project phases – from planning to implementation to Go Live and the hypercare phase
  • Preparing and conducting trainings for international market groups
  • Ensuring that requirements and business needs are clearly defined across markets, stakeholders and the team. You use KPIs to measure the impact of your projects

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in (International) Business Administration, Online Marketing & Communication, Digital or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in a digital environment, preferably in the area of website and content management systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Relevant experience in international collaboration and a strong intercultural competence & open mindset to work in a dynamic, agile and flexible environment
  • Strong communication skills, the capacity to engage others and feel confident to interact with client stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, the capability to manage change and priorities and the eagerness to drive for results
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence is not a must but beneficial
