Social Media Content Manager (all genders)
What you can expect from us:
Content Management:
- Conceptualize and produce social media content & campaigns in collaboration with the design team
- Prepare design briefs, copywriting, and proposals, staying updated on trends and creative ideas
- Ensure content quality as the "Content Guardian" and contribute to strategic editorial & content decisions
- Stay on top of community sentiment and contribute insights to editorial meetings
Client Steering:
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on social media content, campaigns, brand vision, and high-level ideation
- Collaborate with global and regional clients to develop social media strategies and content
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and guiding their social media presence
- Work across teams to maximize campaign potential and adapt to new platforms and formats
- Support new business pitches and client growth initiatives
What we expect from you:
- At least 3+ years of proven work experience in social media, preferably with global brands
- Hands-on experience in social media content marketing
- Understanding & experience in paid media
- Knowledgeable on social media channels and passionate about exploring trends
- Fluent in English (ideally native) and C2-level German preferred (communication with German clients can be done in English but preferred in German)
- Excellent copywriting in English. German is also preferred and a plus
- Experience with social media tools e.g. Hootsuite, Falcon.io, Meltwater etc. preferred
- Expert project management, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Open to multi-tasking and collaborating in an international team atmosphere
