We are looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager - Paid Social (all genders) to join Mediaplus Engine (Part of Serviceplan Group) at our Munich OR Berlin location as soon as possible.
Mediaplus is the "Innovation agency for brand individual media" and the largest independent media agency network in Germany. Mediaplus develops innovative and flexible media strategies that adapt quickly and effectively to all changes in the market, whilst simultaneously shaping the brands of our customers effectively. Senior Account Manager - Paid Social (all genders)
What you can expect:
- Responsibility for the steering of paid social campaigns in 24 European markets.
- To develop innovative campaign strategies and define campaign goals, KPIs, target groups and campaign blueprints together with your colleagues and different client stakeholders
- You'll translate paid social guidelines and best practices into the overall campaign planning process
- To be responsible for project controlling and steering
- To analyse customer journeys, tracking points and the corresponding data in multiple platforms like Datorama or Adobe Analytics
- Close collaboration with your team lead and an interdisciplinary team of experts to ensure tasks are carried out as efficiently as possible
What we expect from you:
- Several years of experience in the area of paid social, with operational experience in campaign management for common social networks (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok)
- Strong affinity for campaign performance data as well as technical understanding
- Passion for structured and solution-oriented work
- Professional experience within a Marketing Agency environment would be beneficial
- Fluency in English (essential) and German (desirable)
- Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
