We are looking for a full-time Adobe Campaign Specialist (all genders) for The Marcom Engine at our Munich location as soon as possible.

You stand for the combination of marketing technology know-how and creativity. You are passionate about the power of modern marketing automation systems. Working in a team with data scientists, data engineers and UX experts, you will develop your personal skills and design innovative customer experiences along the customer journey. The focus is always customer first.

What you can expect:

  • An interdisciplinary team of specialists in marketing/media, statistics/analysis, data engineering, customer journey and consulting
  • To be involved in the Implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects
  • To developing effective customer journeys and automation programmes in Adobe Campaign
  • Ownership of campaign operations and developing templates, blueprints and best practices for different markets
  • To Gather, document and coordinate business requirements
  • Responsibility for delivering innovative technical solutions using a modern technology stack

What we expect from you:

  • Whether you have a degree, an apprenticeship or have been learning your craft on the job, the main thing is that you know your stuff.
  • At least 3 years' experience in omni-channel marketing and campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and good knowledge of simple to complex SQL queries
  • Experience in quality management, incident management and using JIRA/Confluence
  • Highly solution-oriented and self-starter with a good understanding of project and process management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - German desirable
  • Strong enthusiasm for modern technologies and analytical tools
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
