Junior Business Consultant (all genders)

We are looking for a full-time Junior Business Consultant (all genders) to join THE MARCOM ENGINE (TME) at our Munich location as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Support the delivery of strategic advisory services to clients and internal teams by contributing to research, analysis, and presentation preparation
  • Assist in developing business strategies by gathering and organizing relevant data, helping to translate high-level plans into actionable steps
  • Help conduct performance deep dives under the guidance of senior colleagues to understand business challenges and support the development of solutions
  • Contribute to business assessments by gathering requirements, compiling data, and supporting the analysis and reporting process
  • Assist in the coordination and rollout of organisational change and digital transformation initiatives, helping teams adopt new strategies, processes, and tools
  • Help maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders by participating in meetings, capturing notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments, building strong working relationships and supporting cross-functional efforts
  • Gain exposure to working with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders

What we expect from you:

  • Completed Degree studies with a focus on marketing, business administration or comparable qualification
  • A first professional experience in business consulting or other relevant role in the digital environment or marketing industry
  • A keen interest in process optimisation / automation / AI
  • Fluency in English (essential) and German (desirable)
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of digital collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
