We are looking for a Senior Unreal Generalist (all genders) in Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt (hybrid) with deep expertise in Unreal Engine to lead high-end visualization projects and act as the go-to expert for solving technical and creative challenges.
You’ll take ownership of entire scenes—from lighting and shading to optimization and cinematic delivery—while supporting the team with best practices and pipeline improvements.

What you can expect:

  • Work across departments to deliver high-quality stills and cinematic content in Unreal Engine for top-tier clients
  • Serve as the primary Unreal Engine expert on the team, helping guide and support others with technical and creative challenges
  • Handle a wide range of production tasks, including lighting, shading, asset integration, blueprint work, animation, and post effects
  • Take ownership of scenes from initial layout to final rendering, ensuring both visual excellence and technical performance
  • Collaborate with the art and development teams to optimize workflows and support continuous improvement of our pipeline
  • Proactively mentor and support junior team members in Unreal Engine best practices

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of production experience, ideally in visualization, using Unreal Engine
  • Proven experience across multiple areas such as environment design, lighting, shading, blueprint setup, and cinematics
  • Strong technical knowledge of visualization workflows, scene optimization, and performance profiling in Unreal
  • Proficient with 3D DCC tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
  • Experienced in scene assembly, asset integration, and level design
  • Highly independent, structured, and capable of owning complex pipelines and scenes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing production environment.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) and good German skills
  • Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance, support and informations security

What we offer:

  • Onboarding: Through personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions – we ensure your perfect start
  • Further Education: Your development is important to us. Whether through our internal campus training program to expand your technical, methodological, or personal skills, voluntary language courses, or regular coaching sessions – we keep you up to date
  • Flexibility: With flexible working hours, mobile office, and job-sharing models, you can adapt your job to your life – and not the other way around
  • Fun: Who works must also take a break – with us, you have plenty of opportunities through regular after-work and team events (also virtual if necessary)
  • Sports: Extensive sports program as well as mobility through agency bicycles and e-bikes/e-bike leasing
  • Accessibility: Our modern office in Munich is perfectly located and easily accessible
  • Internationality: As an internationally operating agency group, you have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with colleagues from various disciplines around the world

Interested?

Then we look forward to receiving your detailed application documents, including your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date.

We have made it our goal to create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity are seen as added value for our agency group. We are also on a first-name basis here - from interns to management. This reduces unnecessary distance, fosters personal exchanges and enables us to work at ease and effectively with each other. We welcome applications regardless of gender, age, ethnic and social background, sexual orientation or religion. We are committed to equal opportunity and participation and we particularly encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply with us.
