We are looking for a 3D Generalist (all genders) in Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt (hybrid).  You bring a well-rounded understanding of the entire 3D production pipeline - from modeling and texturing to lightning and rendering - and enjoy switching between creative and technical tasks.
Whether it´s developing complex scenes or creating assets from scratch, you have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, self-motivated approach to work.

What you can expect:

  • Work on premium visualization projects, creating high-end stills and animations for demanding clients
  • Take ownership of 3D tasks across the pipeline, including modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, and compositing
  • Collaborate with specialists (e.g., lighting, Unreal, or animation artists) to assemble and deliver production-ready scenes
  • Ensure assets meet both artistic standards and technical requirements within tight deadlines
  • Continuously improve workflows and support the development of our production pipeline
  • Communicate with team members and project leads to align creative intent with deliverable quality

What we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of production experience as a 3D Generalist, ideally in automotive, product, or architectural visualization
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine in a professional environment
  • Proficient with industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D
  • Solid understanding of modeling, UVs, PBR shading, lighting, and rendering
  • Experience in image compositing and basic editing (e.g., in Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Familiar with production pipelines and able to manage complex scenes efficiently
  • Independent, structured working style and problem-solving mindset.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) and good German skills
  • Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance, support and informations security

What we offer:

  • Onboarding: Through personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions – we ensure your perfect start
  • Further Education: Your development is important to us. Whether through our internal campus training program to expand your technical, methodological, or personal skills, voluntary language courses, or regular coaching sessions – we keep you up to date
  • Flexibility: With flexible working hours, mobile office, and job-sharing models, you can adapt your job to your life – and not the other way around
  • Fun: Who works must also take a break – with us, you have plenty of opportunities through regular after-work and team events (also virtual if necessary)
  • Sports: Extensive sports program as well as mobility through agency bicycles and e-bikes/e-bike leasing
  • Accessibility: Our modern office in Munich is perfectly located and easily accessible
  • Internationality: As an internationally operating agency group, you have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with colleagues from various disciplines around the world

Interested?

Then we look forward to receiving your detailed application documents, including your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date.

We have made it our goal to create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity are seen as added value for our agency group. We are also on a first-name basis here - from interns to management. This reduces unnecessary distance, fosters personal exchanges and enables us to work at ease and effectively with each other. We welcome applications regardless of gender, age, ethnic and social background, sexual orientation or religion. We are committed to equal opportunity and participation and we particularly encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply with us.
